Joshua (Josh) Gillam is a highly experienced property lawyer specialist with a proven track record in residential and new build property matters. As Chief Risk Officer, he brings a wealth of legal expertise and strategic insight to the JCC Legal team, having previously held key roles including Professional Support Lawyer and Solicitor at established UK law firms. Josh’s work focuses on delivering clear, effective advice and robust support for clients navigating complex property transactions and legal challenges. Josh brings a wealth of conveyancing based property experience.

Josh trained and qualified as a solicitor after completing his legal studies, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and has built his career on a foundation of meticulous legal research, strong negotiation skills, and a client-centred approach. His experience across different practice areas as property lawyer equips him with the depth of knowledge needed to lead and innovate in his field.

Outside of work, Josh is a passionate rugby fan and player — a hobby that reflects his team-oriented mindset and love of active challenge. He’s also a self-described social animal who thrives on great conversation and enjoys catching up with colleagues and friends over a drink.
